Encoding-Decoding-Based Recursive Filtering for Fractional-Order Systems

Dear editor, This letter focuses on the encoding-decoding-based recursive filtering problem for a class of fractional-order systems. For purpose protecting security wireless communication network, dynamic-quantization-based encoding-decoding mechanism is introduced to encrypt transmitted measurement. Specifically, measurement outputs are first encoded by encoder into codewords which then over network. After received decoder, decoded and sent filter. In light mathematical properties truncated Gaussian distribution, variance encoding-decoding-induced error between real derived. An upper bound covariance obtained based error. Then, minimal derived choosing proper filter gain. Finally, efficiency superiority proposed algorithm verified through simulation example.
